In accordance with City of Dallas Transportation-for-Hire Ordinance SEC. 47A-2.1.6, SM LIMOUSINE LLC maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the use of drugs or alcohol by chauffeurs while on duty or operating company vehicles.
Chauffeurs are strictly prohibited from being under the influence of any intoxicating substance while providing transportation services. Any report of a driver suspected of being under the influence will result in immediate suspension pending investigation and termination upon confirmation.
